The artificial lake, created approximately 20 years ago by the construction of a dam on the Sieve River, offers plenty of opportunities to walk by the water with fantastic views over the surrounding hills and countryside. During the hottest months, you can see the vast sunflower fields while throughout the year you can see chestnut tree forests and fields full of grazing cows.<\/p>\n

Similarly, for those who love to fish, the lake\u2019s clear water has many different species. On some banks, you can fish when accompanied by licensed fishermen and in possession of a special daily access permit or an annual card issued by the management, which must be presented to the supervisory staff together with the fishing license itself and an identity document.<\/p>\n
